Paolo Creminelli visits the Soft Matter Lab
Paolo Creminelli, Professor at ICTP, Trieste, Italy, will visit the Soft Matter Lab on November 25th,
2015.
His research interests are early cosmology, modification of gravity and dark energy models, and
astroparticle physics.
In 2011 he was awarded the
EPS - High Energy and Particle Physics Division -
Young Physicist prize for his contributions to the development of a solid field-theoretical
approach to early-universe cosmology and for his studies of non-gaussianities in the cosmic
microwave background.
During his visit, he will give a Physics Colloquium whose title is "Inflation: what do we know
about the beginning of the Universe?".
